A Grade 2 listed building with superb sea views. As a former lifeboat house, it is the last house before the sea, perched on a rock shelf overlooking the small inlet at Church Cove - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Approached via steps down from the parking area to the small patio sitting area with stunning views out to sea and the cove. A stable door leads to the kitchen, which includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dining area.

A shower room is also at this level, with a large tiled shower enclosure with electric shower, toilet and handbasin.

A short flight of steep stairs takes you to the sitting room with a beamed ceiling and low level windows overlooking the cove. Comfortably furnished with easy chairs, dining table and chairs, TV and Bluray player.

Accessed from either end of the sitting room are the bedrooms. Each has four steep steps into the rooms and they both have sloping open beam ceilings. One double bedroom and one with two single beds.

Parking for one vehicle is usually available on the residents' car park. Though the walk is uphill, it is a short walk to the village where there are shops, restaurants and a pub - the return walk will be easier!
