Chy Lowena is located less than 3 miles from the picturesque Helford River and just 7 miles from the bustling town of Helston, where you’ll find supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and other amenities. The neighbouring village of Mawgan is home to the popular Ship Inn, ideal for evening meals, and the Trelowarren Estate, which features scenic footpaths and a year-round restaurant.

Helford village, with its iconic thatched cottages and the renowned Shipwrights Arms pub, is a short drive away. From here, you can embark on the South West Coast Path, offering some of the most dramatic cliff-top scenery in the country, or take a water taxi across the Helford River to explore the stunning Glendurgan and Trebah gardens. The beautiful beaches at Porthallow and Coverack are also easily reachable by car.

Chy Lowena features a gated driveway with space for two or three cars. The welcoming hallway, with flagstone flooring, includes a dresser and desk with games and local information. Double doors lead into the cosy living room, equipped with two leather sofas, a smart TV, a log fire, and a dining table perfect for family meals. Another set of double doors opens onto the rear patio and garden area.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, and two toasters. A central island with stools and a dining table with four chairs make it a great space for casual dining. The attached utility room offers additional conveniences such as a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a WC.

Comfortable Bedrooms and Modern Bathrooms
Upstairs, the en suite master bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, TV, and bedside tables with lamps. The en suite bathroom includes a mixer shower, loo, handbasin, and heated towel rail. The second bedroom also has a double bed and offers lovely garden and rural views. Bedrooms three and four are twin rooms, each with ample storage and bedside lighting.

The family bathroom boasts a freestanding bath, separate shower enclosure, loo, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Lovely Garden for Outdoor Enjoyment
The garden features a wood-chipped area set amongst trees, complete with an outdoor table and chairs, bench seat, and barbecue, making it perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.
