Juniper House in Mullion, Cornwall, is a well-appointed, large modern detached house situated very conveniently just a short walk from both the village centre and Polurrian Cove (coastal footpath just 300 metres from the front door). Although built to accommodate more, the occupancy of Juniper House is limited to four people by the conversion of one of the bedrooms to a first floor lounge.
Entered from the parking area at the front, into tiled hallway with fully tiled ground floor cloakroom. Large well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and electric double oven with 4-ring hob and extractor over. Laundry facilities are in the garage and consist of a washing machine and vented tumble dryer. Large lounge and dining area takes up the whole width of the house with door off lounge to rear patio and garden. Lounge has comfortable seating, large LCD TV with freeview and DVD player. Dining area with dining table and chairs for four people. And WiFi is available throughout the house.
On the first floor are the bedrooms, family bathroom and the second lounge. Bedroom one is a double en suite room with 5’ king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and stool. The en suite is fully tiled, bath with mixer shower over, matching toilet and handbasin, heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3’ single beds, bedside tables and lamps and two built-in double wardrobes. Large family bathroom, fully tiled having a separate shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, matching suite with bath, toilet and handbasin with electric shaver point, heated towel rail. The second lounge has comfortable seating, LCD TV with freeview and DVD player.
At the front of the house there is parking for two vehicles. The garage can be used as secure storage for bikes and beach goods etc. though there is not enough space for a vehicle. Please take care when parking as the driveway is shared with one other private residence. To the rear is a large patio with garden furniture provided and a good sized lawn area. The low retaining wall at the rear has a high drop off on the other side, we regret no children under five accepted and all other children must be supervised at all times. One well-behaved dog will be permitted by prior arrangement at £35 per week. Rental includes bedlinen and towels on arrival, please note that for stays longer than one week a change is not available but there is a washing machine and tumble dryer provided. WiFi, electricity and central heating (underfloor heating throughout) are also included. NO SMOKING at this property please.
