Creigan House, Mullion Cove

Creigan House is situated only two hundred metres from the National Trust harbour of Mullion Cove, with access to miles and miles of cliff top walking along the coastal path, and just over a mile from the thriving village of Mullion. Approached from the harbour, the property is one of two cottages at the end of a single track with fantastic sea views from all front facing windows.

Entered through the dining room with the original Cornish range (not operational), dining table and chairs for six, sideboard, TV with Freesat, WiFi and pleasant views across the valley from the window. There is also a free standing fridge freezer in the dining room.

The compact kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, 4-ring hob with extractor above, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a tumble dryer available in the garage. Along the hall is a large glazed door to enclosed garden with good sea views.
The lounge, also with lovely sea views has comfy seating for five, fireplace with contemporary electric fire, nest of tables, bookshelf with board games, books, dvds and a music system, the TV has On demand Freesat and a DVD player.

The newly carpeted stairs lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and family bathroom. Double room, with 5" king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, TV/DVD combi with Freesat, drawer unit, double wardrobe and fire place (not operational). Beautiful sea views over Mullion harbour and out to sea are had from the window. Single room, also with the harbour and sea views, with 3' single bed, bedside table and lamp, single wardrobe and separate drawer unit. Twin room with twin 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps, double built-in wardrobe, dressing table and handbasin with electric shaver point, with views across the valley from the window. The family bathroom is fully tiled with electric shower over bath, toilet and handbasin with mirror and shaver point over, and a long heated towel rail.

Front and rear fenced gardens with garden furniture and drying line are for the sole use of Creigan, the tiered garden is only for Violet Cottage guests. The gate between the two properties is only usable when you book both properties. Garden shed in rear garden has BBQ and furniture for rear garden. Off-road parking for two cars, please note this is shared with Violets which also have 2 spaces, so please park responsibly. Furnished and decorated to a high standard.

Hot water, central heating, electricity, bedlinen and towels are included in the rental. No smoking. Environmentally friendly cleaning materials included in the rental. This property accepts one dog by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Payphone. All bedrooms contain hairdryers.
