Tresweeta is a beautifully designed holiday home just three-quarters of a mile from the sandy beaches of Kennack Sands. Sleeping up to six guests across four bedrooms, this welcoming property combines modern comfort with characterful features such as flagstone flooring on the ground floor and traditional wooden drop-latch doors throughout.
The ground floor opens into a hallway with a convenient cloakroom and separate WC, leading through to a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The lounge offers comfortable seating for six, a wood-burning stove (which also fires the central heating), a coffee table, and a TV. The dining area includes a table and chairs for six, a charming Welsh dresser, and double doors that open onto the rear patio. The well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Upstairs, oak flooring runs throughout. The master bedroom features a 6' super-king bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside shelves with lamps, a coffee table, and a cosy seating area with doors that open onto a Juliet balcony offering sea glimpses. The spacious en suite includes a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet, bidet, handbasin with mirror, and shaver point.
Bedroom two is furnished with a 5' king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom three is a single room with a 3' bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, and a contemporary vanity unit with sink. Bedroom four also has a 3' single bed, bedside shelf and lamp, chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom includes a tiled floor, heated towel rail, shaver point, freestanding roll-top bath with shower over, handbasin, and toilet.
Outside, the rear gravelled patio catches the afternoon sun and is furnished with a picnic bench—perfect for relaxed al fresco dining. There is private parking at the front of the property for one car on the driveway. Please note, extra care may be needed for vehicles with low suspension.
The central heating is fired from the log burner in the lounge. Additional warmth can be provided by electric under-floor heating downstairs and heated towel rails upstairs, as well as freestanding electric heaters.
Rental includes bed linen, WiFi, and a starter supply of logs (additional logs available from Kynance Garage, approximately two miles away). Regret, no pets.
