Barnside offers comfortable, all on one level accommodation for up to four guests, featuring front and rear gardens, driveway parking and sea views. Positioned on a quiet road at the edge of the village but still within easy level walking distance of the popular pubs, restaurants, fish and chip shop and general stores.

For coast walks you’re spoilt for choice, you can pick up the coastal footpath nearby and visit Lizard Point or Kynance Cove. Further afield you can walk to Church Cove and then on to Cadgwith Cove for refreshment at its well renowned inn.

The bungalow is entered from the gated driveway and front garden into a hallway with all rooms off. The living room has two sofas, smart TV and a wood-burner, while the large window looks out to the Lloyds Signal Station and the sea beyond. The dining room has a large table and chairs for up to six and dual aspect garden views. Off the dining room is the kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and 4-ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There’s also a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer and a back door to the rear garden. A stair gate is provided for the kitchen door so you can clean your dog in the utility after exploring The Lizard.

The main en suite bedroom has twin 3’ beds, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe with drawers, dressing table and sea view whilst the en suite shower room has an electric shower, toilet and handbasin. Bedroom two has twin 3' single beds with bedside table and lamp. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower cubicle with electric shower and a handbasin. Separate WC.

The rear garden is the perfect spot for relaxing, secluded and full of mature hydrangeas, shrubs and trees with a lush lawn space and small patio area too. Lots of wildlife has been sighted in the garden such as tawny owls, hoopoes and pied flycatchers.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per dog per week. Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating, dog blanket, bowl and lead if you forget to pack your own.
