A beautiful, modern detached three bedroom, three bathroom property with wonderful sea views and within easy walking distance of the coastal path and Lizard village. Camellia Cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for up to six people. With driveway parking for two vehicles and an enclosed back garden.
Entered from the gravel driveway into a hallway where there's a shower room with toilet, handbasin, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. The large kitchen is well equipped with a large range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a large, extendable dining table with 6 chairs.
The spacious lounge has comfy seating for six people around the granite fireplace and a large Smart TV. Extra seating enjoys the view through the double doors that lead to the enclosed rear garden and patio with outdoor table and chairs.
Camellia benefits from a groundlfoor twin bedroom with two 3' single beds, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and a garden view.
Upstairs are the two en suite double bedrooms. Master bedroom features king size bed and double doors to a ‘Juliet’ balcony to make the most of the stunning sea views. The second bedroom has sea glimpses, a double bed and both bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en suites each have a bath with shower over, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail. All bedrooms have two built-in USB charging points.
Outdoors, the rear garden has a lawn and a patio area with a table and chairs provided. The garden is secured with fencing and self closing gates at either side of the cottage. Please note that barbecues are not permitted.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating, electricity and WiFi. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £50 per week. An EV charger is also available at a flat fee per week - please add this during the booking if you wish to make use of it.
Whilst the property has features which have been appreciated by guests with mobility requirements (wider doorways on the ground floor, no outside step into the house, a ground floor bedroom and a ground floor shower room) it is not equipped to provide a full range of mobility features / services e.g. grab handles are not provided.
