Hedgehog Cottage is a modern house furnished and equipped for comfortable stays right in the heart of Lizard Village. With a Friday arrival you can benefit from being able to visit events that often take place over weekends and generally attractions aren't as busy when most other visitors are travelling. This home from home provides the perfect base for walking and exploring the surrounding area.  Located just a stone’s throw from the village centre with farm shop, deli, pubs and cafes all within a very short and level walk from the front door. Chapel Lane bridleway is nearby and leads to Kynance Cove so you can walk down and avoid having to try and park nearby for a day at this popular beach and beauty spot.

The Lizard is surrounded by the sea on three sides and the South West Coast Path leads to the fishing village of Cadgwith, picturesque Church Cove, The Lizard Lifeboat Station at Kilcobbben Cove, and the nearby Marconi Wireless Station. Other paths radiate from the village in all directions. The Lizard Lighthouse and Most Southerly Point in Mainland Britain are also just a short walk through the village.

At the rear of the property is an enclosed back garden with washing line leading to the generous paved parking space.  Enter from the garden into a utility area with a separate WC. The room opens into the spacious kitchen diner, which is equipped with a full size electric oven and hob with extractor over, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of storage space.

The spacious living room has two sofas and a 50" smart TV with DVD player. The bookshelf has a range of books, games and local information. Superfast broadband/WiFi is also provided.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table, ample wardrobe storage and views include glimpses of the sea and Kynance cliffs. The second bedroom has twin single beds, bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table and a double wardrobe. Bedroom three is a single room with full size single bed and a desk/dressing table with drawers for storage, this room also has sea glimpses.

Modern bathroom includes a bath and a separate shower cubicle with mixer shower, there's also a toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Bedlinen, towels, normal utilities, superfast broadband WiFi and central heating are included.

Outside to the front is a small decorative garden with bench seat, and the pavement leads straight into the village centre. The rear garden is lawn with a picnic table, and a paved pathway to the back gate.

Rental includes WiFi, central heating, towels, and bedlinen. No smoking inside this property.
