Kitchen/Dining Room, featuring fully equipped solid oak kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (taking original capsules) and an air fryer.  Spacious dining area with stripped wood flooring, beamed ceiling, oak dining table and chairs for six people.

Upstairs are the bedrooms and family bathroom.  The master en suite bedroom is spacious and has king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and radiator.  The en suite shower room has double size shower cubicle with shower matching toilet and handbasin.  Bedroom two, again with double 4'6" bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and radiator.The third bedroom has full size bunk beds. The family bathroom has shower cubicle with mixer shower, handbasin and toilet.
