The food served at Fifteen Cornwall is Italian inspired made with locally sourced food with a philosophy of keeping it simple and letting the good food speak for itself.
The main ethos behind the restaurant is the apprentice programme which gives young people in Cornwall a second chance, they are also a charity and rely on funding and donations. Fifteen Cornwall is owned by the Cornwall Foundation of Promise, registered chartiy no. 1119341. All of the profits from the restaurant go to the Cornwall Foundation of Promise. This helps to fund their training of young people in Cornwall, who are in need of a second chance, to become the chefs of the future.
